These terms govern the access and use of the VIKI platform (Virtual Intelligence Kinetic Interface), an AI-powered business operating system offered as SaaS, as well as associated services including free diagnostic tools (VIKI X-Ray, VIKI PRECOG) and the okviki.com website.

By registering, the user fully accepts these terms. If acting on behalf of a company, the user declares authority to bind said company.

VIKI is a multi-tenant business management platform integrating:

• Customer relationship management (CRM) and sales pipeline
• Electronic invoicing and accounting (Verifactu/SII compatible)
• Project, task and team management
• Human resources: time tracking, leave, contracts, employee portal
• Digital marketing: SEO, social media, blog, email marketing
• Communications: WhatsApp Business AI, corporate email
• IoT and Smart Office: device control, sensors, climate
• Artificial intelligence: conversational assistant, predictive analytics (PRECOG), automations
• Integrations: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business Cloud API, payment gateways

VIKI is offered in the following plans: Mini, Starter, Professional, Business and Enterprise. Features and pricing are detailed at okviki.com/pricing.

A free 14-day trial is available with no credit card required.

5.1. Access to the service requires creating an account with accurate information.

5.2. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity under their account.

5.3. Users must immediately report any unauthorized use to security@okviki.com.

5.4. Each tenant (workspace) is independent. Data from one tenant is not accessible from another.

Users agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable law
• Not store or transmit illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Not attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent security mechanisms
• Not use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Not intentionally overload the infrastructure

7.1. VIKI uses third-party AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, open-source models) for features such as predictive analysis, content generation, document classification and conversational assistance.

7.2. AI-generated responses and analyses are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice. Users are responsible for validating decisions made with AI assistance.

7.3. User data may be processed by these AI models to provide the service. VIKI does not use user data to train AI models.

7.4. AI features vary by plan.

8.1. Billing is monthly or annual, as per the chosen plan, and charged in advance.

8.2. Payments are processed through authorized gateways (Stripe, PayPal). VIKI does not store credit card data.

8.3. In case of non-payment, VIKI may suspend access after 7 days' notice.

8.4. Prices do not include applicable taxes (VAT/IGIC).

9.1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from settings.

9.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.3. No proportional refunds are given for partial periods.

9.4. Upon cancellation, data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

10.1. VIKI, its source code, design, logos and trademarks are the exclusive property of MAGALVI SCM S.L.

10.2. Users retain all rights to the data they enter into the platform.

10.3. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service during their subscription.

11.1. VIKI commits to a minimum 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance.

11.2. Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance (preferably 02:00-06:00 CET).

12.1. VIKI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12.2. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged, during the contract and for 2 years thereafter.

15.1. VIKI reserves the right to modify these terms with at least 30 days' notice.

15.2. Continued use after changes take effect implies acceptance.

16.1. These terms are governed by Spanish law.

16.2. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaga.
