Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the access to and use of the VIKI SaaS platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), owned by 8Pecados Digital Agency S.L. (hereinafter, "the Company"), with registered office in Malaga, Spain, and CIF B-XXXXXXXX. By registering or accessing the Service, the user fully accepts these terms.
2. Service description
VIKI is a comprehensive business management platform that includes, depending on the plan: project and task management, CRM, editorial calendar, invoicing, analytics, artificial intelligence, voice assistant, marketing automation and other features detailed at okviki.com/en/features.
3. Registration and account
The user must provide truthful information and keep their data up to date. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity carried out under their account.
4. Plans and pricing
Available plans and their prices are detailed at okviki.com/en/pricing. The Company reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice. Changes will not affect the already invoiced period.
5. Billing and payments
Payments are made in advance according to the chosen frequency (monthly or annual). Invoices are issued electronically. Non-payment for 15 days may result in temporary suspension of the service.
6. User data
All data entered by the user in VIKI is the property of the user. The Company acts as a data processor in accordance with GDPR. The user can export their data at any time. In the event of cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Company commits to maintaining 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance) and force majeure. Support is available by email at soporte@okviki.com.
8. Acceptable use
The user agrees not to use the Service for illegal activities, distribute malware, attempt to access other users' data, intentionally overload the infrastructure or resell access to the Service without authorisation.
9. Intellectual property
The VIKI platform, including its code, design, trademarks and documentation, is owned by 8Pecados Digital Agency S.L. The user receives a non-exclusive licence limited to the contracted period. Reverse engineering, copying or distributing the software is prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss caused by use of the Service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
11. Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their settings panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the invoiced period. The Company may terminate the contract in case of breach of these conditions, with 15 days prior notice.
12. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify these conditions. Changes will be notified by email with 30 days prior notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect implies acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction. Last updated: February 2026.
