Our story
VIKI was born in 2024 inside 8Pecados Digital Agency, a digital marketing agency based in Malaga. After years of managing clients with over 8 disconnected tools — CRM, project management, editorial calendars, invoicing, social media — the frustration led us to build the tool we wished existed.
In parallel, Ideally, our software development division, took charge of transforming that idea into a real product. What started as an internal tool became a full SaaS platform with over 26 integrated modules, three proprietary AIs, and the ability to manage entire companies from a single place.
Today, VIKI is the operating system for companies that want to grow without losing control. It's not just software — it's years of experience managing real businesses, condensed into technology.
